The Slack conversion rate is a bit misleading when comparing to other services. If 5 team admins signup and invite 10 people each, that’s 55 users in the system.
If two of them upgrade *their entire teams*, you now have 22 “paid” seats, so the conversion rate is 40%. Or is it? You only have 2 credit cards on file.
I personally would count the “conversion rate” as 3.6% (2 converted customers / 55 total users).
